25, AUGUST – MEETING OF HEADS AT DEPARTMENTS AND DEANS OF FACULTIES

DEAR HEADS AT DEPARTMENTS AND DEANS OF FACULTIES!

The staff meeting will be held on 25, August, 2016 at 15:00 in lecture hall No 1 in morphological building:

Invited:

• heads at departments of University;
• deputy heads in educational methodic work;
• deans of faculties

The meeting will be held with participation of pr-rector on scientific pedagogical work assistant professor Olena Stechenko, assistant rector Ihor Yanovskyy, head at educational methodic department assistant professor Olena Klymenko; head of planning financial division Maryna Maksymenko; employees of educational methodic division.

At the meeting it is planned to discuss the important issues on organization of educational process at University, in particular:

• results from admission to the 1^st and 2^nd course;
• recalculation of academic load and changes into manning staff of departments of the 1^st and 2^nd course;
• tasks for departments on implementation of ACS “Electronic dean’s office”;
• new tasks for supportive departments in methodic work in connection with implementation of exemplary curricula for training of masters in the sphere of knowledge 22 “Health care”;
• necessity in update of educational methodic complexes in disciplines for departments of the 1^st course;
• information about organization of study on elective courses;
• implementation of electronic record-keeping between departments, dean’s offices and educational methodic division, etc.
