THE SPECIALIST FROM UNIVERSITY TOOK PART IN THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ISSUES OF PEDIATRIC TUBERCULOSIS
The assistant at department of phthisiology and pulmonology Andrii Mamotenko took part in the 2nd international conference on issues of pediatric tuberculosis that was held in city Vilnius, Latvia since 21 until 23, March, 2018. Mamotenko Andrii at the conference presented “Е-poster report about problems on resistant tuberculosis among children in city Kyiv, the co-authors of report are the scientists from O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University and Brown University.
The program of the conference described the new methods for diagnostics of tuberculosis, the report about implementation of genomic sequestering of M. Tuberculosis into practical application caused to the great interest. They presented the new schemes and medicines for treatment of tuberculosis at children, the results from work on new vaccines that will help in struggle against tuberculosis caused to great interest. The clinical cases of tuberculosis at children were shown during master classes.
