ІІ TOURNAMENT OF ALL-UKRAINIAN CONTEST FOR STUDENTS’ SCIENTIFIC WORKS IN THE SPHERE “PHARMACOLOGY, PHARMACY”
The II tournament of all-Ukrainian contest for students’ scientific works in the sphere “Pharmacology, pharmacy” in English took place on 4, April, 2018 in conference hall of university administration of O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University. The personal composition of field-specific contest commission, chaired by head at department of pharmaceutical, biological and toxicological chemistry Iryna Nizhenkovska, provided with reviewing the students’ scientific works that were received from higher schools from all regions of Ukraine, including Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Uzhhorod and Ternopil. 13 students presented their works at final scientific practical conference; among them the reporters from Nigeria, India and Morocco were present. Before start of the meeting the members in jury wished the successes and productive work to students-participants. Let’s mention that this year the first English speaking conference, when the reports and answers were made only in English, and, thus, each of reporters took the best efforts and creativity to represent and to present their scientific work.
Three reporters represented O.O. Bogomolets NMU. Pursuant to open discussion of scientific works, reviews and scientific reports by participants in scientific practical conference, the field-specific contest commission decided to award the diploma for the 1st place to the student of the V course in pharmaceutical faculty at O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University Fedorova Oleksandra, who presented the work on topic “Morphological, anatomical and phytochemical research of Quercus robur L. Galls”. The researches were performed under supervision of Doctor of Biology, professor Valentyna Minarchenko at department of pharmacognosy and botany. The diploma for the 2nd place was awarded to Bondarenko Anastasiia – student of the V course in pharmaceutical faculty at National Pharmaceutical University with report on topic “Formulation and technology development of the tablets for treating patients with kinetosis”; the diploma for the 3rd place was awarded to two students: Kocherhan Vlada – student of the V course in pharmaceutical faculty at O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University (topic of report “Bioequivalence study in vitro of tableted preparations “Ambroxol hydrochloride” and “Lasolvan” by the conducting of Dissolution test” (Scientific supervisor – assistant professor at department of pharmaceutical, biological and toxicological chemistry Afanasenko O.V.) and Dzhakhman Andrii – student of the III course in medical faculty No 1 at SHS “Uzhhorod National University” (topic of report “Сomputerized approach to the algorithmization of the clinical states with the possibility of their pharmacological correction”). Professor Iryna Nizhenkovska mentioned that all works deserve the victory and during awarding each work was characterized according to regulation. All students-scientists received the certificates of participants in final scientific practical conference.
