INFORMATION FOR ENTRANTS FROM DONETSK AND LUHANSK REGIONS

Entrants which permanently live in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and have submitted copy of documents about educational (educational-professional) level for participation in admission completion to higher educational establishments, in some cases are not able to come  higher educational establishment, which are situated in other regions of Ukraine.

Therefore they will not able to submit originals of documents in defined by Admission conditions terms in case they are recommended for admission.

In this case, higher educational establishments accept from entrants, who are recommended for admission, from Donetsk and Luhansk regions, application-warranty letter, which entrant sends by e-mail and mail to higher educational establishment chosen for study (Letter from Ministry of Education and Science from 01.08.2014 № 1/9-389 and example of application-warranty letter).

Admission commission will put a mark about acceptance from him originals of documents about education with corresponding mark in Unified state electronically base of education issues according to application-warranty letter.

Admission is to be executed according to Admission conditions to higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
