Lime lane in memory of Heroes from Nebesna Sotnia

The lime lane in memory of Heroes from Nebesna Sotnia was planted on 12, April, 2014 in the territory of Bogomolets NMU (Peremogy Avenue, 34) at the initiative of active group in organization “Studdovira” and under support of University administration. Students, University administration and pupils of Ukrainian medical lyceum at NMU took part in the event.

It is symbolic that the lane starts from the memorial to employees and students in Bogomolets National medical university that perished during the years of the Great Patriotic War, at which pedestal the participants of the event planted the flowers, and is finished near the central entry to the territory of NMU. Soon the young lime lane will become the place of rest for students and teachers, reminding the coming generations of future doctors and pharmacists about feat of Heroes from Nebesna Sotnia. It is planned to install the memorial sign at the start of lane. Feasting the flagrant lime blossom everyone will remind of feat by patriots of Ukraine, which devoted the whole life for Freedom and Independence of our State.
