CLAIM AGAINST ACTING MINISTER OF HEALTH CARE ULIANA SUPRUN

The comments on applications by Mr. Deputy Minister about breakdown of licensing exams KROK-1 “Dentistry”.
As it concerns that the absence of cooperation with me as if impedes to the work of the commission, I officially declare the following:
- already since it started its work, I in written form declared about mistrust to Linchevskyi as the chairman of commission, as a result from available actual conflict of interests with NMU that is the direct infringement of P. 1 Art. 28 in Law of Ukraine “About Prevention from Corruption”
- I know that the university administration timely submitted all documents for this case at the request of the commission already last week;
- Today I sent the detailed chronological explanations to the name of Mr. Minister, which I promulgate for the public.
This document, which was responsibly prepared by advocates, describes the essence of economical conflict, to which due to unknown reason MHC gives the political coloration.
