FUTURE ENTRANTS ON UNIVERSITY OPEN DOORS DAYS
The Open Doors Day was held on 22, April, 2016 at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university already for the fourth time.
The future applicants – graduates from schools and colleges, as well as their parents came to the event.
The pro-rector on scientific pedagogical, treatment and postgraduate education at O.O. Bohomolets NMU, professor Oleksander Naumenko told about important and interesting dates from history of National medical university to the present people. “This year the University celebrates the 175th anniversary, during that time we trained thousands of qualified doctors, who everyday render the medical aid and save human lives. The University has one of the best professors and teachers composition as the fifth part of professors are the members in academy of medical sciences”, – mentioned Oleksander Naumenko. He also presented the clinical bases of University, work of students’ scientific societies and wide possibilities, which the future entrants would have.
The executive secretary at University Admission Commission, assistant professor Yuriy Maruschenko told about perspectives for entry to educational establishment and conditions for admission to study for acquisition of educational qualification level in 2016.
The deans and deputy deans of faculties: medical faculty No 3, professor Oksana Vygovska, pharmaceutical faculty, assistant professor Tetiana Reva were also present at the meeting. The teachers answered the questions if future entrants about educational programs and specialties.
The meetings with future entrants were added with interesting stories of students about international programs and cooperation of O.O. Bohomolets NMU with foreign universities. The students-participants in international programs shared their impressions about study and vision of further perspectives.
The pupils filled in the questionnaire of entrant to O.O. Bohomolets NMU and received the information materials about University.
Most of them already see themselves as the students of University as they have dreamt of occupation of doctor since childhood.
