In order to provide with observance of payment discipline by students during paying for study and accommodation in hostels as a prerequisite for proper financing of the University, taking into consideration the results from work in commission from Ministry of health care of Ukraine, set in Reference, dd. 20, March, 2014 and according to the Charter of Bogomolets National medical university.

1. To establish the commission on control for observance of payment discipline by students, consisting of:

– pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor Yavorovskyy O.P. – chairman in commission;

– pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work and pre-University training, professor Tsekhmister Ya.V. – deputy chairman;

– pro-rector on economic issues Krychevska O.Ya. – deputy chairman;

– acting pro-rector on ACW Mastnyy M.M.;

– chief accountant Fed N.S.;

– head in academic methodological division, assistant professor Ostapiuk L.I.;

– head at planning financial division Konovalova L.V.;

– acting head at legal department Bossak L.D.;

– head at department of humanitarian education and upbringing Gorova O.S.;

– dean at medical faculty No 1, assistant professor Melnyk V.S.;

– dean at medical faculty No 2, assistant professor Litvinova N.YU.;

– dean at medical faculty No 3, professor Petrenko V.I.;

– dean at medical faculty No 4, professor Omelchuk S.T.;

– dean at dental faculty, professor Nespriadko V.P.;

– dean at pharmaceutical faculty, professor Nizhenkovska I.V.;

– dean at medical psychological faculty, academician in NAPS of Ukraine, professor Maksymenko S.D.;

– dean at FTDAFU, professor Vlasenko O.M.;

– dean on WFS, professor Savychuk O.V.;

– chairman in students’ trade union committee Pylypko V.M.

2. The Commission shall hold the stock count of available debts on payments for study (separately for students-residents of Ukraine and foreigners) and payment for accommodation in hostels until 18, April, 2014, and to submit the corresponding statement to acting rector, professor Amosova K.M.

3. The stock account, anticipated in s. 2 of this order, shall be held every quarter with submission of the corresponding statement until the 10^th day of the first month in the next quarter.

4. Chairman in commission, pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor Yaborovskyy O.P. shall provide with sending the claims to students-debtors with the demand about immediate repayment of debts and warning about early termination of Agreements about study and/or Agreements about settlement to hostel in case of avoiding from repayment of debts until 18, April, 2014.

5. Chairman in commission, pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor Yaborovskyy O.P. shall submit the list of students that have the debts in payment for study for more than one semester, as well as the list of students, who the debts for accommodation in hostel for over three months, until 18, April, 2014, to acting rector, professor Amosova K.M. in order to settle the issue about early termination of Agreement or about appeal to the court with the claim about recovery of debts.

6. If the commission finds the cases, when the debts are caused by temporary objective circumstances, Chairman in commission, pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor Yaborovskyy O.P. shall report about each such case for solution of question about postponement (payment by installments) in recovery of debts.

7. Chairman in commission, pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work, professor Yaborovskyy O.P. shall provide with control for judicial accompaniment of cases about enforced recovery of debts to those students, for whom the corresponding decision to appeal to the court will be taken.
