ORDER #477, dated 01.09.2014

In order to arrange pre-term repeated passing of state exam “Krok 2”, according to letters of Ministry of Health of Ukraine under #08.01-47/24122 , dared 18.08.2014 and under #184, dated  20.08.2014

1.    On 9^th of September arrange the pre-term repeated passing of state exam “Krok 2. General physician training” (Test exam) for graduates from medical faculties N1, N2, N3, N4; “Krok 2. Medical psychology for graduates from medical-psychology faculties; “Krok 2. Pharmacy” for graduates from pharmaceutical faculty from 9.00 a.m. till 2.00 p.m. at auditorium N1 and auditorium N2 of physical-chemical building (Peremoga ave, 34)

2. To deans of medical faculties N1, N2, N4, pharmaceutical, medical-psychological faculty, international students dean:

– provide on-time informing and attendance of heads of Bohomolets National medical university examinational commissions at the pre-term repeated passing of state exam “Krok 2”;

– on 9^th of September 2014 provide the attendance at the pre-term repeated passing of state exam “Krok 2” the graduates of faculties of their responsibility;

– inform the students about necessity to have passport available;

– inform the students that in case they have the mobile phone or other connection devices, they will not be granted access to auditoriums or they will be taken out of the auditorium without additional warning.

3. Approve personal membership of Bohomolets National medical university responsible persons, which participate in the procedure of holding pre-term repeated passing of state exam “Krok 2”:

– medical faculty N1 deputy dean, associated professor Morozova Zemfira Valerianivna at auditorium N1 of physical-chemical building;

 – deputy head of educational-methodological department, associated professor of dental department Golovchanska Oleksandra Dmutrivna at auditorium N2 of physical-chemical building.

4. Approve the personal membership of students – representatives of Bohomolets National medical university Students parliament, at the presence of which, the examination materials will be opened:

– deputy head of students’ council, monitor of IV course 3^rd batch  Dymchenko Yaroslava Dmytrivna at auditorium N1 of physical-chemical building;

 – head of students’ parliament of medical-psychological faculty, IV course student  Galanta Yuriy Andrianovich at auditorium N2 of physical-chemical building.

5. Control for technical equipment of auditorium for the pre-term repeated passing of state exam “Krok 2” shall be under the responsibility of professor K.O. Chalyi.

6. Control for order execution shall be under the responsibility of acting prorector on scientifically-pedagogical work, professor V.I. Stepanenko.
