ORDER FROM MINISTRY OF HEALTH CARE OF UKRAINE No 190

According to Article 35 in Law of Ukraine “On higher education” and in connection with personnel changes

I ORDER:

1. To approve the new composition of new composition for Supervisory board at Bogomolets National medical university (hereinafter referred to as Supervisory board), which is attached, having established the period for its authorities – 5 years.

2. Acting rector at Bogomolets National medical university K.M. Amosova during two weeks after approval of composition for Supervisory board shall take the organizational measures to provide with proper work of Supervisory board.

3. Chairman in Supervisory board Yu.M. Scherbak shall approve the provisions about Supervisory board due to established procedure.

4. To consider the order from Ministry of health care of Ukraine, dd. 07, June, 2011 No 341 “On approval of composition for Supervisory board at Bogomolets National medical university” to be invalid.

5. To impose the control for fulfillment of this order to deputy Minister O. Tolstanov.

BOGOMOLETS Olga Vadymivna – public leader, Honorary Doctor of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, professor (due to consent)

VAKARCHUK Sviatoslav Ivanovych – public leader, Ukrainian musician, vocalist, leader of rock group “Okean Elzy” (due to consent).

GRYNEVYCH Liliia Mykhaylivna – people’s deputy of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, chairman in committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of science and education (due to consent)
