CLOSING MEETING OF ADMISSION COMMISSION IN 2016
The closing meeting of Admission commission in 2016 about admission and enrolment of entrants to the places beyond the plan of state order took place on 12, August, 2016 in morphological building of O.O. Bohomolets National medical university.
The chairman in Admission commission, rector of university, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor Kateryna Amosova signed the orders about enrolment of students to contractual form of study in 2016. The rector thanked the members in Admission commission for hard and busy work. “The absence of bureaucratic process, good responses of entrants and parents, impartiality, transparency and openness, clear organization are the main characteristics for this year entrance campaign”, – emphasized professor Kateryna Amosova.
The deputy chairman in admission commission, professor Oleksandr Naumenko told about the progress in enrollment and announced the results from admission to contractual form of study. “The Admission commission performed its task for selection to the places beyond the plan of state order. Such specialties as medical care, dentistry enjoy the great popularity. The competitive situation and selection has the positive tendency in comparison with last year”, – mentioned professor Oleksandr Naumenko.
This year we enrolled 1,386 students to the faculties of university, who will study on contractual basis. In comparison with last year their number has increased as in 2015 1,293 persons were enrolled. According to the decision by Admission commission and Terms and Rules for admission to university 150 places were transferred from educational program “medical preventive care” to educational program “medical care”, there was the competitive situation in each educational program.
The most number of enrolled persons are from Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions, and in general the students from all regions of Ukraine, including 8 persons from Crimea, will study at university.
