ABOUT PREVENTION FROM WORSENING IN DISEASE RATE FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES AMONG STUDENTS OF NMU

DEAR STUDENTS!

The vaccination is the most efficient method for prevention from infectious diseases, which can cause to severe complications. This relates not only children but adults of any age.

As you read in mass media now in Ukraine, including in Kyiv, we have the outbreak of measles. The threat for appearance of diphtheria causes the concern at infectiologists and epidemiologists.

The previous outbreak took away many lives. The larger part of Ukrainians, especially youth, is in the risk group to fall ill with these wide spread infection as a result from critically low layer of vaccinated people.

The head at department of infectious diseases Olha Anatoliivna Holubovska especially for you provided with the information about measles and diphtheria and in particular principles and efficiency of vaccination.

The division of treatment consulting work of NMU communicated with students’ polyclinic and agreed about provision of our students with free vaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, measles, scarlet fever and parotitis at students’ polyclinic due to the schedule, which is mentioned in Order for NMU, dd. 12.02.2018 No 88 (offices No 302, 310, even days of month – since 09.00 until 13.00, odd days – since 14.00 until 18.00).

Address to dean’s offices to register for vaccination.
