Invitation of American experts (1-2 semesters). As part of Fulbright academic exchanges program Ukrainian educational institutions may invite US specialists of any profession to lecture for one or two semesters of 2014-2015 academic years.
For an invitation you need to fill a questionnaire indicating desirable professional for Ukrainian University. Universities may also send personal invitations to American scientists with whim they work in joint projects. A separate questionnaire must be filled if you need to invite some American experts for each individual requirement.
The Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) in Washington determines specialists among a certain circle of scholars who apply for participation in the competition program of exchanges. The grant usually covers all costs to American scientists to stay in the country, namely: airfare, a stipend (salary) for the entire period of this activity, medical insurance. Ukrainian authorities should provide American teacher with workplace and provide necessary assistance.
