PUBLICATION OF BOOK, EDITED BY PROFESSOR A.V. CHALYI, IN PUBLISHING HOUSE “SPRINGER”

Publishing House “Springer” published the book “Modern problems of molecular physics” in English, where the head at department of medical and biological physics and informatics, professor Chalyi A.V. is one from two editors and author of chapter. The annotation writes that this book provides with the possibility for scientists deeper to study the complex problems of physics, chemistry, biology and medicine. In particular, the chapter by professor A.V. Chalyi “Dynamic Abnormalities in Limited Supercooled Water and Volumetric Liquids” (Modern Problems of Molecular Physics, eds. L.A.Bulavin and A.V.Chalyi, Springer Proceedings in Physics, volume 197, pp. 253-290, 2018) tells that the water may exist in liquid condition even at ultra low temperatures of about minus 45 degrees Centigrade and lower if it is in space-restricted systems with linear sizes of about some nanometers. It is already used in cryomedicine. The articles in these topics are published in the most prestigious editions such as journals “Nature” and “Science” in Publishing Houses “Springer” and “Elsevier”.
