SPORT AND HEALTH CAMP “MEDYK” WELCOMES FAMILIES FROM ATO AREA

Bogomolets National Medical University administration together with University union committee took collective decision about temporary accommodation of families from ATO area in sports and health camp “Medyk”.
On 21st of July 2014 approximately 20 in-migrants from ATO area went by buses, rented by institution, to sports and health camp “Medyk” of Bogomolets National Medical University. All persons were provided with food and medical care.
Mainly it is family with children. Transmigrators unwilling to tell about how they were forced to leave their own homes. However many of them survived explosions and gunshots.
Residents of Eastern Ukraine regions express sincere gratitude to University for help, support and possibility to live in scenic part of Koncha-Zaspa.
Special thanks for this act organization went to University union committee, public union “Studdovira” and public initiative “Vostok-SOS”.
Let us remind, University administration actively joins to charitable help.
These days “Blood for peace” event held in Kiyv blood center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine under its initiative.
More than 50 University students and teachers donated blood for wounded from ATO area and Ukrainian army needs.
