THE REGISTRATION OF THE FIRST YEAR STUDENTS AT DEAN’S OFFICES IS RUN AT NMU

The registration of the first year students started since 26, August, 2016 at dean’s offices of faculties at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university.

110 students from 161 that corresponded to 68.3% registered on the first day at dean’s office of medical faculty No 3. The privileged categories of students were settled to the hostel. The students also received the textbooks at library of NMU.

The registration of students that had no time to register will be held on 29, August, since 10.00 until 18.00.

List of documents for registration:

1. Passport (original, copy of all pages – 2 pcs.);
2. Identification code (copy – 2 pcs.);
3. Photos of 3×4 (4 pcs.);
4. Envelope of usual sizes with Ukrainian stamp
5. Certificate of EIA (copy);
6. Document that certifies the relation to privileged categories (original and copy – 3 pcs.):

• children-orphans, who remained without care of parents;
• children-invalids of I-III groups;
• citizens, who have the status of injured as a result from Chernobyl catastrophe of 1, 2, 3 categories and children from a number of injured;
• children of miners for whom it is anticipated by Law of Ukraine “About improvement of prestige in miner’s work”;
• children from family with many children of 3 and more children;
• children of perished peoples and participants in military actions in ATO zone;
• citizens, who have the constant place of residence in Donetsk, Lugansk regions, Crimean AR and c. Sevastopol;
• parents-invalids of I-III groups.

Let’s remind that only the students of privileged categories are settled to the hostel.

Attention! If you are absent at registration, your relatives with your documents shall compulsorily visit the dean’s office – Peremogy Avenue, 34, morphological building, 2^nd floor, office 222 (if you have the valid reason for absence).

The list of groups, timetables of classes will be announced on 31, August, during operating meeting, which will be held at 12.30 in the conference hall of University.
