THE OPERATIONAL MEETING WITH HEADS AT DEPARTMENTS TOOK PLACE
The operating meeting with participation of pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work assistant professor O.V. Stechenko, assistant rector I.S. Yanovskyy, head at planning financial department M.V. Maksymenko, employees of academic methodic department, deans at faculties, heads at departments of University and their deputies in academic methodic work took place on 25, August, 2016 at 15:00 in lecture hall No 1 in morphological building.
The pro-rector on scientific pedagogical work assistant professor O.V. Stechenko made the welcome speech on behalf of rector of University to the participants in the meeting on occasion of the 25th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.
Before start of the new academic year at the meeting they discussed the important issues about organization of educational process at University, in particular:
- results from admission to the 1st and 2nd course;
- re-calculation of academic load and changes in manning staff at departments of the 1st and 2nd course;
- new tasks for supportive departments in methodic work in connection with implementation of exemplary curricula for training of masters in the sphere of knowledge 22 “Health care”;
- updating the academic methodic complexes in disciplines for departments of the 1st course, which will for the first time hold the training of masters in the sphere of knowledge 22 “Health care”;
- organizing the study of elective courses, including in military medical training;
- tasks for departments on implementation of ACS “Electronic dean’s office” and implementation of electronic record-keeping between departments, dean’s offices and academic methodic department.
The assistant rector I.S. Yanovskyy paid attention of the present people to recommendations of section of technical support for ACS “Electronic dean’s office” as to provision with function of electronic logs in disciplines since 1, September at all departments for students in all courses and faculties of University.
Since 29, August, 2016 the seminars-consultations for employees of departments as to work in ACS due to the schedule, being attached, will be held in the conference hall in administrative building (T. Shevchenko Boulevard, 13, 2nd floor).
