VISIT OF DELEGATION FROM UNIVERSITY IN C. LUBECK (GERMANY) TO NMU

The delegation from University in c. Lubeck (Germany) visited O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University on 29, March, 2018. Among the guests of university there was professor Karl Friedrich Kloz, head at department of anesthesiology and intensive care, chairman in commission on awarding of scientific degrees (section of medicine) at University in c. Lubeck, Dr. Hryhorii Lapshyn, surgeon at University clinic in c. Lubeck and three students from University in c. Lubeck – Hanna Schtapel, Teo Niklas Santier and Doris Rot. The meeting with students of NMU was organized within the visit of German delegation. The meeting was held in the natural atmosphere, where the students from German higher school told about their experience in entry to the university and study, and the students of our university could put any questions to professor Karl Kloz and colleagues from Lubeck. The good news for NMU is that this year University in c. Lubeck can accept 2 students from NMU for 8 weeks probation at University clinic at the expenses of grant. The compulsory condition is the study at senior course (after the 3rd one), high academic successfulness and knowledge of German language at sufficient level.

After that there was the official meeting of German delegation at rector’s office of NMU with pro-rector in international relations and scientific pedagogical activity, professor Olesia Lynovytska. The assistant professor at department of general surgery No 1 Serhii Zemskov, head at division of international relations Hanna Malunova and specialist from division of international development Mariia Kuznetsova also took part in the meeting. During negotiations the parties agreed about unilateral exchange of students for their probation and clinical bases of both universities, exchange with scientific pedagogical workers, joint scientific cooperation both of teachers and students. Besides, during negotiations the representatives from both higher schools agreed the spheres of further cooperation, being interesting for both parties, and reached the mutual consent for joint participation in development of project applications under EU program Erazmus+. The excursion along the city was organized for German guests within the visit.
