SINCE 22, AUGUST THE TIMETABLE IS ENTERED INTO “ELECTRONIC DEAN’S OFFICE”

ATTENTION TO HEADS AR DEPARTMENT AND DEANS OF FACULTIES!

For the first time at O.O. Bohomolets NMU, since 22, August, 2016, according to the order No 382, dd. 10.06.2016, the timetable of classes for autumn winter semester of 2016/2017 a.y. is entered into ACS “Electronic dean’s office”. The automated control system is implemented to coordinate the actions by subdivisions of University and to improve the control for success of students in academic disciplines.

Accordingly, the task for heads at department will be as it follows:

Timely assignment of lectures streams and academic groups for teachers and classrooms of department – until 25, August, 2016:

Since 1, September, 2016 to provide with running the electronic logs for success of students in ACS “Electronic dean’s office” and with setting the current marks on the day for performance of the class for students of all courses and faculties.

The successful fulfillment of these tasks by employees at department will allow making the operative monitoring for attending the classes and success of students in faculties both by deans and employees at dean’s offices of faculties and students on their own that will assist to improvement of transparency in educational process at University.
