MEETING OF SSC AT DEPARTMENT OF OPERATIVE SURGERY AND TOPOGRAPHIC ANATOMY

The reporting meeting of Students’ scientific club was held on 15, April, 2016 at department of operative surgery and topographic anatomy at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university.

The event was held in two stages – during the first stage the monitor of the club Dmytro Dubenko made the report about scientific work, which was carried out by students at department during three years, the second part – practical one: the present persons improved their knowledge and skills in adhesion of tissues.

The dean of medical faculty No 2, assistant professor at department of surgery No 4 Nataliia Litvinova made the welcome speech to members in students’ scientific club of department at reporting meeting. “Scientific clubs are the first stage, initial form for future specialists to master the skills of scientific research. The work at scientific club has the creative character and brings up the students as researchers, enriches and consolidates the knowledge and abilities of students, trains them for solution of tasks, which have the practical importance for health and life of human”, – mentioned Nataliia Litvinova.

The novelty of the event was that the students for the first time could master some techniques at the same time: knotting, cutaneous and cosmetic suturing, hepatic and myocardium suturing.

The students at the next meeting plan to perform the election of the new monitor for students’ scientific club at department of operative surgery and topographic Anatoly at O.O. Bohomolets NMU.
