FINISHED UKRAINIAN-SWEDISH EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP

On October 29, 2016, the Ukrainian-Swedish workshop in epidemiology for young researchers “Epidemiology II: Design of epidemiological studies” finished. Within three days specialists from the Karolinska Institutet (Sweden) were conducting the workshop at the Bogomolets National Medical University (NMU). Young researchers of the NMU – PhD students, medical interns, clinical residents, assistants – became participants of the workshop.

During all three days of the workshop, participants listened to the lectures performed by leading experts from the Karolinska Institutet, actively worked in groups, enthusiastically participated in discussions. At the end of the workshop, all participants received certificates.

Further workshops and other scientific events in this field will be carried out in a joint project of NMU and Karolinska Institutet in the frame of the EU Erasmus + programme.
