MEETING OF CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE O.V. BOGOMOLETS WITH THE COMMUNITY OF UNIVERSITY

The meeting of candidate for President of Ukraine, member in Supervisory Council of University, Honorary Doctor of Ukraine, Doctor of Medicine, professor Olga Vadymivna BOGOMOLETS with the community of Bogomolets NMU – students, pupils of the Lyceum and teachers took place on 10, April, 2014 at 17.00 in assembly hall of physical chemical building at Bogomolets National medical university.

The guest was introduced acting rector in Bogomolets NMU, corresponding member in NAMS of Ukraine, professor Kateryna Mykolayivna AMOSOVA, having emphasized that the event was organized at the initiative of students’ group “Studdovira”.

The meeting was held in format “question-answer” and the range of questions to Olga Vadymivna was rather wide – from urgent questions about reforming of life in the country, health care sphere, vectors in development of University to assessment for modern geopolitical situation in the world.

Answering questions, candidate for President of Ukraine told about priorities, on which it is necessary to focus on in the first turn – unity, respect to profession of doctor, patriotism and desire to work in own state. Professor Olga Vadymivna BOGOMOLETS paid attention of present people to the fact that the history does not stop on today, the motion of dignity, generated by Maydan, opened the way to cardinal changes in society and that she sees her mission at support of students’ community in continuation of reforming the corrupted system in the memory of the perished Nebesna sotnia, in the memory of grandfather, whose high name the University has.

Finally, the head in “Studdovira” student Vasyl GILIUK thanked for the time, which Mrs. Olga has found for communication with representatives of Alma Mater. The event finished with watching the film, devoted to Nebesna Sotnia.
