At 2000 graduated from history faculty at National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, and obtain a diploma at specialty “world history and jurisprudence”.

Since 2000 till 2013 worked as lecturer and senior lecturer at Forensic Medicine department at Bogomolets National Medical University.

The author of more than 38 scientific and methodological works.

Was graduated from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University at 2009 (master’s at law). At 2012 defended thesis at Legislation Institute of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (international law). At 2013 received Master Degree in Quality Management (MPharm) at National University of Pharmacy (Kharkiv, Ukraine). Author of more than 40 scientific papers (including 1 monograph). Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Got a law master’s degree at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University at 2010. At the same institution had made her phd thesis «The individual’s right to complaint in the criminal process” (2014).

Evgenia V. Kovalevska

Lecturer, PhD (Candidate of Law Science), Attorney-at-law.

She has been teaching at the department since 2014. Teaches disciplines: “medical law” and “pharmaceutical law”.

Got a law master’s degree (specialty: court-prosecutor) at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) at 2013.

In 2013 received a second higher education in the field of Psychology at the National Academy of Internal Affairs, Kyiv.

Had made PhD thesis in Legal Sciences (Doctor of Philosophy) «Use of special medical knowledge during during the investigation of crimes», specialty 12.00.09 – Criminal procedure and criminalistics; forensics; operatively-search activity (Kyiv, 2018).

Since 2013 to 2014 worked at Nacional securities and stock market commission.

Since 2014 to 2017 worked as chief legal officer of private pharmaceutical companies.

Since June 2018, has been a member of the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine and is engaged in individual law practice. Has experience in conducting and representation of interests in commercial, civil and administrative cases in courts of all instances.

The author of more than 40 scientific works and articles in legal journals and newspapers. Teaching experience – 5 years.

Responsible for the English form of training section “Medical Law” at the department. Conducts practical and lecture classes with English-speaking students.

In 2014, graduated from Kyiv National University named by Taras Shevchenko, Faculty of Law. Specialization – Civil Law.

Holds private legal practice, has experience in workin with civil cases (labor disputes, etc..) and representation in courts of various levels.

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English.
