Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine He was born in 1958, in 1981 he graduated from the Kiev Medical Institute named after O.O. Bogomolets,speciality «medical сare», higher medical degree on a speciality «forensic medical examination», doctoral thesis: «Complex biochemical evaluation of indicators of reactive changes of the injured skin to diagnose of intravitality and prescription of its injury»,1992

 

Babkina Olena Petrovna

She was born in 1970, in 1993 she graduated from the Lugansk Medical Institute «medical сare», higher medical degree on a speciality «forensic medical examination», From 2014 Professor of the Department of Forensic Medicine of the National Medical University named after O. Bogomolets . Doctoral thesis: «Pathogenetic substantiation of the complex for assessing the antithesis of the onset of death as a result of trauma”», 2013. She is the author of 182 scientific works, 2 patents of Ukraine for utility model, 4 monographs, 7 teaching aids, 29 methodological recommendations. Has a higher qualification category in the specialty “forensic medical examination”, 3 qualification class of forensic expert. Has received higher education in qualification “lawyer”, specialty “jurisprudence” and “personnel management”.

Andrii Mykolaiovych Biliakov,

Got a law specialist degree at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University at 1998. At 2001 – political studies master’s degree at National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”. Got an internships at: law and administration department at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University (Lublin, Poland 2001-2003) Scholarship at Lane Kirkland Program (Polish-American Freedom Foundation). Made an research at Institute of Intellectual Property at Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Poland).

Had made phd thesis «The Rights to a Trade Mark in Ukraine» at Private Law and Business Undertakings Research Institute of the Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine, specialty – commercial law; arbitration litigation law (2009).

Since 2009 had been working as a senior science researcher at Intellectual Property Research Institute of the Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine .

At 2011-2012 – associate professor at theory and history of law department at Law Institute of National Aviation University.

Worked at positions of lawyer, legal counselor, director of legal department at different companies. Advocate.

The author of more than 25 scientific works at Ukraine and Poland.

Since 2000 till 2013 worked as lecturer and senior lecturer at Forensic Medicine department at Bogomolets National Medical University.

Since 2005 worked at a positions of legal counselor, lawyer, head of administrative department. Has her private legal practice, inter alia providing legal support for private healthcare companies.

Got a law master’s degree (specialty: court-prosecutor) at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) at 2013.

Since 2014 had working over her phd thesis “Formation and development of the institute of special medical knowledge in  criminalistics.”at National Academy of Internal Affairs.

Since 2013-2014 worked at Nacional securities and stock market commission. Had a certificate: financial monitoring specialist.

In 2014, graduated from Kyiv National University named by Taras Shevchenko, Faculty of Law. Specialization – Civil Law.

Holds private legal practice, has experience in workin with civil cases (labor disputes, etc..) and representation in courts of various levels.

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Polish with vocabulary.”
