She graduated with honors from the M.I. Pirogov’s Vinnytsia Medical Institute, specialty “Medical business” in 1984. From 1991 to 1993 studied at the clinical residency at the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 1 of Bogomolets Kyiv Medical University, in speciality “Cardiology”. Since November 1993, she worked as a part-time assistant at the department. Since 1995, she worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Hospital Therapy № 1.

In 1998, she defended her thesis for the PhD degree on the topic: “Immune and free radical processes in acute myocardial infarction with different clinical courses”.

Since 2006, she has worked as an associate professor at the department of hospital therapy № 1 with a post-graduate training course in cardiology and rheumatology. In 2007, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor. From September 2017 she is the head of the Department of Internal Medicine № 2 of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

Member of the cycle methodical commission for therapeutic disciplines of the Bogomolets National Medical University.

She is an author of 119 printed works, including 6 articles indexed in Scopus; 2 patents, 1 innovative proposal, co-author of 2 training manuals and the textbook “Internal Medicine” (1 volume), 20 typical and 42 working training programs. She is research leader of the scientific project of the department of internal medicine 2: “Structural and functional features of blood vessels and myocardium, bone system in patients with rheumatologic pathology and cardiovascular diseases” (January 2020-December 2022, state registration number -0119U103915).

Prof. Dzhus is an author of 135 published works, including 3 textbooks, 5 monographs, workshops and training manuals, and 4 methodological recommendations.

Nishkumay Olga Ivanovna


Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine № 2, Doctor of Medical Sciences.

Graduated from Luhansk State Medical University in 1997. Since 1999, she worked as an assistant at the department Propaedeutic of Internal Medicine of LugDMU. From 2003 to 2010, she worked as an associate professor of the department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine at Luhansk State Medical University. From 2010 to 2014, she worked as an associate professor, and from June 9, 2014, she worked as a professor at the Department of Internal Medicine with Basics of Cardiorheumatology at LugDMU. She headed the Luhansk Scientific and Medical Center for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis. Since October 1, 2014, he has been working as an associate professor, since June 2019, as a professor at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of the  Bogomolets National Medical University.

In 1999, she defended her candidate’s thesis “Clinical-pathogenetic features of the development of liver diseases in miners of deep coal mines of Donbas and ways of their prevention” code 14.01.02-internal diseases (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Medicine, Prof. Plotkin V.Ya.) .

In 2011, she defended her doctoral thesis “Ischemic heart disease and systemic osteoporosis in women in the postmenopausal period: clinical-pathogenetic features, diagnosis, treatment” (scientific advisors: Doctor of Medicine, Prof. V. V. Povorozniuk, Doctor of Medicine n., Prof. L.M. Ivanova).

The main directions of scientific and practical work and the field of scientific interests are cardiology, rheumatology.

He has 189 published works (including, in countries far abroad, 3 articles in Scopus publications), is a co-author of 2 methodological manuals, 3 monographs. For 2017-2021, he has 10 reports at Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences and 14 conferences with international participation.

He is the scientific co-supervisor of the protected dissertation work for the title of Doctor of Philosophy of K.P. Lazareva. on the topic “Pathogenetic justification of the correction of arterial hemodynamics, vascular stiffness in patients with arterial hypertension depending on age, sex and bone tissue condition” (2020).

She graduated with honors from the Donetsk State Medical Institute in 1986. From 1986 to 2004, she worked in clinics in the city of Donetsk. Since 2004, he has been an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine and Family Medicine of DonNMU. In 2009, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic “The use of hypobarotherapy in the complex treatment of inflammatory diseases of the uterus and appendages in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility.” Conducts consulting work in the cardiology department of the 2MNE “Kyiv city Oleksandrivska Clinical Hospital”.

Area of scientific interest: metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.

Scientific interests – bone state in rheumatologic patients; assessment of cardiovascular risk in rheumatologic patients; immunobiological therapy.

Karpovich Larisa Georgiivna

Associate professor of Department of Іnternal medicine №2 of the NMU, candidate of medical sciences.

She graduated the Kiev Medical Institute in 1974 with a degree in Medicine. During 5 years she worked as a practical doctor.

Since 1979 worked in the group of clinical cardiology of the RSLC at the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 1 of the Kiev Medical Institute. In 1985, under the guidance of  M.D., Corresponding Member , Professor of the Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor A.I. Gritsuk, Karpovych Larysa  had  a Master’s degree on the theme “Concentrating and fibrinolytic activity of erythrocytes in patients with minimal activity of rheumatism”, since 1992 she had  the academic title of senior researcher on specialty “Rheumatology”. Since 1993 – assistant of the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 1, since 2004-associate professor of the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 1 (now – internal medicine No. 2), since 2006 – the academic title of associate professor.

The highest qualification category in the specialty “Rheumatology”. 80 publications. The scientific interests – rheumatology, nephrology, cardiology, coagulation. Engaged in medical and advisory work at the consultative diagnostic polyclinic of the “Kyiv city Oleksandrivska Clinical Hospital”.

Lymanska Alisa Yuryivna

Works on the conditions of hourly payment as an associate professor of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2, Candidate of Medical Sciences.

She graduated from Kyiv Medical University in 1992. From 1992 to 1994, she studied at the clinical residency of the Research Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 1999, she defended her dissertation on “Systemic connective tissue diseases in pregnant women”. From 1999 to 2015, he was a senior researcher, and from 2015 to the present, she was a leading researcher at the Department of Obstetric Problems of Extragenital Pathology of IPAG NAMSU.

A doctor-therapist of the highest category. Field of scientific interests: autoimmune diseases, peculiarities of treatment of pregnant women with congenital and acquired heart defects, with oncological, gastroenterological, cardiac pathology, with diseases of the kidneys and respiratory system. From 2000 to the present, she has been a medical aviation consultant of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Author of 80 scientific works, including 4 indexed in Scopus, 4 patents.

Associate professor of Department of Іnternal medicine №2, MD, PhD.

graduated from Lviv State Medical University in 1997.

In 2010, she achieved Ph.D. on the topic: “Mechanisms of occurrence, variants of the course and prognosis of early post-infarction angina in patients with acute myocardial infarction.”

Rokyta O.I. has 31 scientific works, 1 of them in a journal included in Scopus, 1 patent of Ukraine. h-index – 3.

She is the co-author of  the work program “Internal Medicine (including Endocrinology)”,  “Internal Medicine Practicum, a study guide for practical classes and independent work of 5th-year students”, “Unified (for departments of internal medicine No. 1-4) methodological developments for practical classes in the discipline “Internal medicine (including clinical pharmacology, medical genetics, clinical immunology and allergology, occupational diseases)” in Ukrainian for students of the 5th year of medical faculties. “Internal medicine. Textbook for English-speaking students of higher medical educational establishments”.

Conducts classes for students of 4-5 years education, students of the faculty of foreign citizens (English language of studing).

In 1996, she graduated with honors from the National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets.

In 1996-2000 she worked as a doctor of emergency medical care at the myocardial infarction department No. 1 and the chronic coronary pathology department of the Central City Clinical Hospital of Kyiv. From 2000 to the present, she is an assistant at the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of NMU.

In 2001, she graduated from the Kyiv State Linguistic University in the specialty “Language and Literature (English)”.

In 2003, she defended her candidate’s thesis on the topic: “Cytoprotective therapy with coordination compounds of adenosine triphosphate in the complex treatment of patients with neurocirculatory dystonia and ischemic heart disease” in the specialty “cardiology”.

Engaged in medical work at the consultative diagnostic polyclinic of the “Kyiv city Oleksandrivska Clinical Hospital”. She has a higher qualification category in the specialty “cardiology”.

She is an author and co-author of more than 30 printed works, methodological recommendations, 1 textbook for English-language students, 1 monograph, and 1 invention patent. She made a report at the scientific-practical conference with international participation in Odesa (2019).

In 2007 she graduated from the Lugansk State Medical University. In 2009 graduated internship in the specialty of “internal diseases”. From 2009 to 2014 she worked at the Department of Internal Medicine of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education of Lugansk State Medical University. Since 2017 – assistant of the Department of Internal Medicine № 2 the Bohomolets National Medical University.

She has a first category of the therapy. She is engaged in medical work in the general therapeutic clinic of the National Military Medical Clinical Center “The Main Military Clinical Hospital”.

In 2019, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: “Phenotypes of chronic heart failure with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction. Clinical and diagnostic significance”, in the specialty “cardiology”.

Doctor of the first category in the specialty “cardiology”. Medical work is carried out in the department of intensive care unit for cardiac patients.

Since 2009, she has worked as the head of the pulmonology department at the City Pulmonology Center of Hospital № 17 in Kyiv, since 2021 she has been working as a doctor in the department of non-specific lung diseases of the National Institute of Phthisia and Pulmonology named after F.G. Yanovskyi.
