Social and educate work
Following the requirements of Law «About higher education», the primary subjective of education of young people is a creation of favourable coditions for harmonious development and self-realization of personalities who would carry the respect to all mankind values and would be able to study during all life. Especially in the student years an educate work is very important, because in this time there is the final becoming of stereotypes of conduct and dominant principles and priorities in subsequent life of young man. Main directions of realization of an educate work of our department is development of patriotic and democratic world view of student who at high level realizes belonging to the Ukrainian people, and also respects public rights and freedom, traditions of other people and world cultures. An educate work is made with participation of every separate employee of the department. During lessons the importance of education of respect to the selected profession as a doctor, which is the personal vital calling of every student, is noted – it is more than simply profession. Work is regularly made with a student asset for forming of sense of responsibility and proper psychological climate, the questions of discipline of students, results of studies, organization of independent work and conduct, are examined during an educational process in audiences and on the clinical base of the department – clinics of Institute of neuro-surgery of the name of acad. A.P. Romodanov.

The employees of the department show the example of observance of ethics norms an own conduct in everyday life, in international relations and especially in socializing with patients. Separate attention is paid to the control of conditions and terms of dwelling of students in dormitories – regular verifications of the sanitary consisting are carried out of rooms of the floor of dormitory №7of the department, and also control of conduct and providing of independent educational process outside the department. With the purpose of the exact monitoring of situation in a dormitory, especially in festive days, the duties of representatives of the department pass for realization of control after an order round-the-clock. The teachers of the department regularly conduct educate conversations on the themes of harmfulness of smoking, abuse of alcohol and use of narcotics. The system of an educate work created at the department gives positive results, that is represented in absence of offences from the side of students and in growth of level of professional consciousness and progress in studies.
