“Morphological features and changes of the digestive system in experimental burn skin trauma”, № state registration 0119U101618

  • Main directions of work

The object of the study – the differences of destructive, compensatory-adaptive and regenerative changes in the Pierre plaques of white male rats after burn injury, depending on the time after the burn and the performed pharmacotherapy with various infusion solutions; structural manifestations of alterative, compensatory-adaptive and regenerative processes in the cortical substance of rat kidneys after experimental burn trauma to the skin, depending on the applied pharmacotherapy with different infusion solutions.

The aim of the work is to model the influence of experimental burn skin trauma on the structural reorganization of functionally different organs in animals, which will optimize effective etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy in patients with skin burn trauma.

Research methods – macroscopic method – for visual determination of the digestive system of rats with burn injury and without burn injury (which was performed by intravenous infusion) and intact rats; histological methods – to establish microstructural changes of Pierre’s plaques in experimental rats; electron microscopic method – to determine the ultrastructural signs of destructive and reactive changes in the cells of the Pierre plaques of experimental rats, statistical method – to determine the changes in the average cross-sectional area of the blood capillaries of the Pierre plaques of experimental rats.

It is established: structural differences of damage and compensatory-adaptive changes of rats at different times after experimental skin burn of II II III degree under conditions of intravenous infusion of 0.9% sodium chloride solution and complex hyperosmolar solutions. It is established that the general manifestation of structural changes in rats with burn trauma is necrosis and apoptosis of functionally different cells, which occur against the background of pronounced changes in the hemo- and lymphomicrocirculatory system. It was found that the manifestation of the initiation of the membrane-plastic effect of Lactoprotein with sorbitol is its impregnation through the damaged wall of blood capillaries and venules of Pierre plaques of rats with burn trauma visualized by electron microscopic examination. The membranoplastic effect of Lactoprotein with sorbitol is manifested in the “exclusion” from the hemomicrocirculation of a number of blood capillaries, due to the formation of dense circular membrane structures that act as a closure, helping to close the vascular lumen. Infusion of Lactoprotein with sorbitol helps to maintain the normal structure of the nodular lymphatic capillaries. The difference between the perinodular lymphatic capillaries in burnt rats infused with a solution of Lactoprotein with sorbitol is that they are mainly full of normal lymphocytes, cells in a state of mitosis, dendritic cells, apoptotic cells and apoptotic cells and apoptosis. Infusion of the solution of Hecoton solution to roasted rats is not accompanied by the phenomenon of “overflow”, which is another positive advantage of its action.

The main provisions of the study are introduced into the educational process at the departments: normal human anatomy Lviv NMU. Danylo Halytsky (Minutes №8 of February 19, 2018); human anatomy of Odessa NMU (protocol №10 from 15.02.2018); human anatomy and histology of the medical faculty of Uzhhorod National University (protocol №8 dated 15.02.2018); anatomy, topographic anatomy and operative surgery of Bukovynian State Medical University (protocol №14 dated March 5, 2018); topographic anatomy and operative surgery of Vinnytsia NMU named after E. The first volume of the textbook presents modern data on the structure of cells and tissues. The characteristic of bodies, systems and devices of bodies is given. The main stages of human development in ontogenesis, features of structure, growth and development of an organism are described. The functional anatomy of skeletal bones, their joints and the human muscular system is described in detail. A brief description of the blood supply, blood and lymph outflow from these anatomical structures and their innervation is given. Summary tables will help in better mastering the material. At the end of each section of the textbook there are questions for repetition and self-control, which allow you to better understand what you read. All anatomical terms are given in Ukrainian and Latin and correspond to the International Anatomical Nomenclature (São Paulo, 1997) – the Ukrainian standard (Kyiv, 2001).

The textbook is intended for students and teachers of higher medical educational institutions of the I V level of accreditation.

Cherkasov V.G., Dzevulska I.V., Kovalchuk O.I. Human anatomy (control over independent preparation for practical classes) Edition 3-e.-Kyiv, 2013. – 69 p.

The proposed manual provides an active, creative principle of learning the material and should ensure the success of learning and optimization of the assessment system of independent student work.

Each page of the manual contains formalized tasks: to draw letter designations on drawings and in schemes in different (but corresponding) colors; will fill in the tables with the corresponding anatomical terms, equivalents and necessary data.

In the process of completing the tasks, the student creates his own textbook on human anatomy, which he can use to study physiology, pathological physiology, pharmacology, other disciplines and in their further professional activities.
