Head of the Emergency Medicine and Tactical Medicine Department.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Prevention of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and received his higher education in the specialty “Hygienist, Epidemiologist, Professional Pathologist” in 1997.

He defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in 2005.
He was elected to the position of associate professor of the department in November 2005, he was conferred the academic title of associate professor in 2008.

He is responsible for the activity of the quality system at the Institute of Hygiene and Ecology since 2006 in accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO / IEC 17025: 2006 «National standard of Ukraine. General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. ”

Under the leadership of Professor A. M. Grynzovsky, scientific research work of the department is carried out, 4 doctors of philosophy are being trained, dissertation research was completed ahead of schedule by the post-graduate PhD student of the department S. I. Kalashchenko. “Justification of preventive rehabilitation criteria based on assessment of psychophysiological status of cadets of the Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.”
HONORED PERSONALITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF UKRAINE, decree of the President of Ukraine No. 27/2022 dated 22.01.2022., he completed international internships in 2022: Project 88 “Strengthening medical preparedness for CBRN threats and response capabilities in the countries of Southeast Europe” in Tbilisi (Georgia); International training on the management of victims with radiation injuries (I-Med) with the assistance of the National Nuclear Security Administration of the US Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA); US Department of Defense/Threat Reduction Agency International Biothreat Reduction Training with additional support from the US Department of State Biosecurity Program; US Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration Nuclear Explosion Response Training.

Scientific interests: emergency medicine, tactical medicine, biosafety, preventive medicine, medical law, laboratory diagnostics.
He is the author of more than 300 printed works, including: 3 monographs, 5 handbooks, 7 textbooks, 4 of which are in English, 14 curricula, including 3 in military-oriented disciplines.

Awarded the diploma 1 and III degree of the Academy of Higher Education of Ukraine by nomination for the best textbook, diploma of the Academic Council of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University. , KSCA, etc., holds the diploma of the 3rd degree of the winner of Brain Ring to the 175th anniversary of the O.O. Bogomolets NMU, as part of a joint student-teaching team, letter with thanks from M.I. Pirogov Vinnitsa National Medical University. for the high level of preparation of the participants of the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympics in the discipline “Emergency Medicine”in 2018 and 2019.

He received internships at the clinical bases of Rene Descartes University and Denis Diderot University (France). Has undergone training in 3 training programs of the National Emergency Medical Technicians Organization (NAEMT) of the United States of America. He has a specialization in “Organization and Management of Health Care” and advanced training of a teacher of higher education of Ukraine in the discipline “Civil Protection”. There was a thematic improvement of the “General Tactics Teaching Methodology” as well as the “First on the Spot” course instructor within the State Pre-medical Aid Training Program. Assistant professor since 2014 year.

Candidate of Medical Sciences since 2008 year.
She graduated from medical-prophylactic faculty of Bogomolets Kyiv Medical University in 1990.
Candidate’s dissertation topic is “Hygienic substantiation of regulations for imazethapyr herbicides’ agricultural use”

From 1990 to 2005, she worked as a senior laboratory technician and assistant at the Department of Communal Hygiene and Human Ecology.
From 2005 to 2014, assistant of the Department of Communal Hygiene and Human Ecology.
In 2014, she was elected to the position of associate professor of the Department of Communal Hygiene and Human Ecology.
In 2017, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor and was elected to the relevant position of the department of emergency medicine and tactical medicine.

She is author of more than 60 scientific works.

Kalashchenko Svitlana Ihorivna

PhD, senior lecturer

She graduated from the Medical Faculty # 1 of the Bogomolets National Medical University in 2014.
She defended her master’s thesis on “The importance of reaching the target levels of major risk factors for patients with coronary heart disease in the practice of a family doctor” in 2016. After completing her internship, she worked as a general practitioner (family doctor) in Kyiv.

Assistant since 2017, senior lecturer since 2018.
Finished scientific work for the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) “Justification of the criteria of preventive rehabilitation based on assessment of psychophysiological status of cadets of the National Guard Academy of Ukraine” in 2022.

Participated in an internship under the Educational Program for Physicians organized by the Association of French-Ukrainian Cooperation in Medicine and Pharmacy (ASFUDS) with the assistance of the World Federation of Ukrainian Medical Associations in 2018; The internship took place at the clinical bases of Rene Descartes University and Denis Diderot University (France).

Participated in an internship for «Assessment of the psychophysiological and psychological status of military personnel» at the Scientific Research Center of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine in the city of Kharkiv in 2021.

Graduated from the sanitary and hygienic faculty of the O.O. Bogomolets Kiev Medical Institute – in 1973.
She completed her postgraduate studies in 1984 (Department of Children and Teenages Hygiene of KMI).
From 1992 to 2017, he was an assistant at the Department of Communal Hygiene and Human Ecology with the Children and Adolescent Hygiene Section.

Synytskyi Serhii Ivanovych

Assistant Professor (2017), Candidate of Medical Sciences since 1995, he graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk Medical Institute in 1986, medical affairs; specialty – surgery

After completing his internship, he continued his work in 1987 as a doctor-surgeon in the medical department No. 19

He entered the clinical residency in surgery in 1990., he worked in the scientific and practical center of emergency medical aid and disaster medicine from 1998 to 2000 as deputy director of the neurosurgery clinic and head of the neurovascular department. He defended his candidate’s dissertation – in the specialty “neurosurgery” at the A.P. Romadanov Institute of Neurosurgery of the Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences. in 1995., he received the academic title of “senior researcher” in the specialty “neurosurgery”in 1997., he was the head of the neurosurgery department at the Central Clinical Hospital of Kyiv in 2000-2009. The general director of TMO “Starokyivske”(2009-2011).

Currently, he works as the head of the pediatric neurosurgery department at the Kyiv city center of pediatric neurosurgery. Honored Doctor of Ukraine since 2017.

He is the author and co-author of 30 published works, including co-author of one monograph.

  Boyko Yuliia Nikolaevna

The assistant of the department since 2017.

Graduated from Medical Faculty #4 of Bogomolets National Medical University with qualification “Physician in Medical-preventive work” in 2015 year.

She was working at the position of senior teaching assistant of Human Ecology with section of children and adolescents hygiene department in 2015-2017 years. Teaching assistant of department of emergency medicine and tactical medicine since 2017., she passed the PHTLS and TCCC-MP training programs of the United States Emergency Medical Technicians Organization (NAEMT) in 2018 and received certificates permitting her to work as a Domestic Aid Instructor in accordance with Order No. 346 of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated March 29, 2017 No. 346 improving the preparation for the provision of domedic assistance to persons without medical education.Electronic access: www.naemt.org

  Bilous Olga Serhiivna

Assistant Professor of the department since 2019.

She graduated from the medical faculty № 4 of O.O.Bogomolets National Medical University in 2012.
She worked as a general hygiene doctor at Kyiv City Laboratory Center of Ministry of Health, Ukraine from 2013 to 2019.

Has undergone thematic improvement courses on “Hygiene of application and toxicology of pesticides” at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (2012) and on-the-job training at the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine in course “Internal audit and methods of protection of objects against pests (IPM – integrated pest management) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000 (HACCP)” (2015).

Graduated from the Express Course of Professional Improvement of the All-Ukrainian Training Program for Doctors “Art of Treatment” (2016).

Scientific interests are emergency medicine and extreme medicine.

 

Lutsak Olena Oleksandrivna

Assistant Professor of the department since 2021.

She graduated from the Bukovyna State Medical Academy in 2002, Faculty of Medicine.
2005-2007: clinical residency in the specialty of cardiology at the base of the heart failure department of the State University “NNC” Institute of Cardiology named after Acad. M.D. Strazheska”.

She completed full-time post-graduate studies at the M.D. Strazhesko Institute of Cardiology in 2010″.
She defended her PhD dissertation on the topic “Predictors of quality of life and the prognostic value of its standardized assessment in patients with chronic heart failure.” in 2012.

She received diploma for active work on the implementation of pedagogical innovations in the educational process at the international exhibition “Education and Career 2021”.

Supervised the students who became winners of the 1st round of the All-Ukrainian competition for student scientific works in fields of knowledge and specialties in 2021/2022. Also the supervising student won victory and a diploma for 1st place at the “Preventive Medicine” section of AYMS Conf 2022..
Scientific interests are emergency medicine and extreme medicine.

Over the past 5 years, he has 17 scientific works, including 7 articles in professional publications of Ukraine, 1 article in Scopus, 10 abstracts of reports. The Hirsch index according to the Google Scholar database is 4.

Assistant Professor of the department since 2022.

She graduated with honors the 1st medical faculty of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University in 2009. completed an internship in a specialty «internal medicine» i? n 2011, she got the specialty “allergy”, and in 2016 she got a specialty “laboratory genetics” in P.L. Shupyk NHU of Ukraine.
