Vasyl Benyuk
Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology № 3, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. He graduated from Bogomolets Kyiv Medical Institute in 1987.
Doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty “Obstetrics and Gynecology”.
For the first time, he initiated a new scientific direction on the study of the main pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of perinatal pathology, developed a differentiated approach and methods of prevention of perinatal complications in pregnant women with premature pregnancy, actively deals with the issues of forecasting and prevention of pregnancy complications in various types of obstetric pathology.
Introduced into gynecological practice new tactics of management and treatment of patients with intrauterine pathology using modern minimally invasive technologies. Developed and implemented modern approaches and indications for diagnosis, tactics and choice of treatment method for women of reproductive age with hyperplastic processes of the endometrium Employee of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 3 of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University since 1991. Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 3 – since 2006. Constantly raises his professional level, has repeatedly completed internships abroad (Germany, Italy).
Dissertation topic: In 1993, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic “The role of cytochrome C in the treatment of anemia in pregnant women” In 2001, he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences on the topic “Prediction, diagnosis and treatment of perinatal complications in pregnant women with prematurity”
Scientific interests: Ultrasound diagnostics. Laparoscopic techniques. Has the technique of laser fractional lifting in gynecology, radio wave therapy and argon-plasma coagulation of cervical diseases. Systematically, in cooperation with leading specialists in Germany and Italy, he conducts master classes on the implementation of innovative methods for obstetrician-gynecologists of Ukraine.
Beniuk V.O. author of more than 500 scientific works, co-author of 5 textbooks, including “Gynecology of infants and adolescents”, “Gynecology”, “Obstetrics”, 8 manuals, 2 of which were reprinted 4 times, 12 patents for inventions. Under the guidance of Professor Beniuk V.O. 19 candidate or PhD and 2 doctoral theses are defended, 7 candidate and 2 doctoral theses are being worked on.

IvanyutaSergiy Orestovich
was born in 1957, graduated with honors from the Kiev Medical Institute in 1980. In 1982, he completed a clinical residency at the Kiev State Institute for the Advancement of Physicians. Since September 1982 worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist at the 11th Clinical Hospital in Kyiv. In September 1983, entered the competition for postgraduate study at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology № 3 of the Kiev Medical Institute, where defended his thesis on “Features of the postpartum period in women with the risk of purulent diseases and afterwards» of the same department in 1986. In May 1990, enrolled in a doctoral program at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, where in 1992 he defended his doctoral thesis on the theme: “Prediction, prevention and treatment of postpartum purulent-inflammatory diseases and intrauterine infection of fetal pregnant women and pregnant women. . From May 1993 worked as an assistant and then as an associate professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology № 2 of the Bogomolets NMU. Since 2000 has been selected by the competition for the position of Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology № 3 of the same university. Ivanyuta S.O. knowledgeable, demanding educator, highly qualified obstetrician-gynecologist, has the highest qualification category. She deals with purulent-inflammatory diseases in obstetrics, preterm labor, methods of surgical delivery, the problem of infertility and endometriosis in sick women. He has published more than 249 scientific works, including 5 monographs, has 2 author’s certificates and 4 innovative proposals. Prepared 3 Candidates of Medical Sciences. Ivanyuta S.O. has modern methods of examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients. Performs all obstetric and gynecological operations. He is the curator of the obstetric wards of the clinic, an elective duty officer, conducts consultative receptions of patients in a women’s consultation, and is on duty in Ukraine for emergency consultative medical care at the Ministry of Health. Graduated from the Kirov Military Medical Academy In Saint Petersburg in 1994. Doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty “Obstetrics and gynecology”. He has the first qualification category in the specialty “Organization and management of health protection”. He has a second higher education in law – medical law.
Postgraduate education: From 1997 to 1999, he studied clinical residency at the Department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Kirov Military medical Academy In Saint Petersburg. In 2001-2007, he worked at the Department of obstetrics, gynecology and Perinatology of the Dnipropetrovsk state medical academy, Dnipropetrovsk. Since 2012, he has been an employee of the Department of obstetrics and gynecology No. 3 of the Bogomolets National Medical University. He constantly improves his professional level, has repeatedly passed an internship abroad (Germany, Italy, Holland, France).
Thesis: in 1997, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of medical Sciences on the topic “Metabolic correction of Pro-and antioxidant systems in purulent peritonitis”. In 2017, he defended his thesis for the degree of doctor of Medical Sciences on the topic “Hyperplastic processes of the endometrium. Prognosis, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation”.
