ON THE OCCATION OF THE NURSE WORLD DAY

On May 5, 2014 in the Dental Medical Center of the O.O. Bohomolets NMU the Conference of Nurses on the topic: “Current Issues of Modern Nursing” and 2014 Best Nurse Competition.
Oksana V. Artemenko won first place and at the same time got the right to represent Dental Medical Center of the O.O. Bohomolets NMU at the 5th International Congress of Nurses.
The Congress was initiated by the nurses of the Scientific Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, the Kyiv City Health Care Workers Trade Union and Professor I.M. Yemets personally. Holding this Congress became a good tradition and this year it will be held on 20-22 May, 2014 at Zhovten, Clinical Sanatorium, SE.
O. V. Artemenko, the winner of the competition held at the NMU graduated from the Zhytomyr Basic Medical School on 2000, the nurse in the Department of Diseases of the Oral Mucosa, having the highest level of proficiency in the major “Nursing Care”.
The participants of the competitions received certificates from the administration of Dental Medical Center each on the amount of $ 200 for the purpose of purchase of sanitary clothing ar the store Dentalne Depo (literally – Dental Depot). The Trade Union Committee of the O.O. Bohomolets NMU employees invited the nurses in the performance named as: “From nowhere with love” to be held on May 22, 2014 by Kyiv Academic Workshop of Theater Art Suzirya (literally – Constellation).
