THE 9TH CHAMPIONSHIP OF UKRAINE IN KETTLE BELL LIFTING AMONG STUDENTS IN HIGHER SCHOOLS
The 9th Championship of Ukraine in kettle bell lifting among students in higher school was held on 24, February, 2018 at sport complex of O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University. Over 70 sportsmen from 17 higher schools in the country took part in competition. The team of NMU at the head with the trainer professor at department of physical education and health Yu.V. Shcherbyna was presented at this tournament.
The battles among boys and girls were held during the day according to the rules from Kettle Bell Lifting Federation of Ukraine. Each participant in the tournament had the possibility to demonstrate the individual result and to add the scores to the sports treasury of own team. The team of NMU in this competition was represented in updated composition. Along with the famous sportsmen the novices took part and demonstrated the sports will and serious demand for future victories. Intern Rim Humani, who took the second place at this competition, worthily represented NMU at the championship. Our students took the third place in total team performance. The participants mentioned good organization of the championship and expressed the gratitude to the university administration.
