OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES ON THE ECONOMICAL AND RATIONAL USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS

1.     Ensure strict eco-mode for the use of fuel and energy resources, reducing the consumption of electricity, heat, water by 10 %.

2.     To strengthen control of Accounting Department for observance of the limit of telephone talks in structural subdivisions of the University.

3.     To leave to fulfill functional duties 3 vehicles belonging to the University.

4.     To suspend temporarily the purchase of computer and office equipment, cartridges and other consumables, office commodities and paper, as well as providing the Planning and Financial Department with all the powers for replenishment of the above mentioned goods.
