PATENTING LICENSING WORK OF NMU

The department of intellectual property and transfer of technologies is the structural subdivision of scientific research unit at O.O. Bohomolets National medical university. The department provides with fulfillment of functions, related to acquisition, licensing and protection of intellectual property rights for them. In particular, the execution and submission of patent applications, transfer and implementation of the newest technologies that are developed by employees of NMU.

Since July, 2016 the department of intellectual property and transfer of technologies is headed by Valentyna Selina, who is a highly qualified specialist in intellectual property with 20 years of working experience as an expert in patent applications at State patent agency of Ukraine (Scientific research center of patent expertise, Ukrainian institute of industrial property), where she performed the scientific technical expertise of applications for inventions and useful models, as well as applications of medical profile that were submitted from NMU.
