FIRST STEPS IN PROFESSION

YULIIA ZADOROZHNA, doctor-intern of the first year of study under specialty “Internal diseases”:

“This year my dream has come true! The parents answer with the pride: “Now we have a doctor in the family – Zadorozhna Yuliia Volodymyrivna”. After school I had the simple choice as I did not imagine any other occupation and educational establishment. As I could not imagine how it will be difficult to study at O.O. Bohomolets NMU. But with every year the image, shape and content of future occupation appeared clearer and clearer thanks to the teachers, who inspired with their own example.

The years of study passed very quickly. And now I start understanding all the range of feelings at doctor-intern, when a patient looks tiredly and full of hope at the same time. Thus, I am grateful to all people and occasions that met in my way and led to the specialty “Internal diseases” at the Institute of postgraduate education at O.O. Bohomolets NMU. I was very lucky to study, to adopt the experience at highly qualified specialists of department further to use it and to help patients. As only healthy people can be happy and each doctor always feels a part of this happiness!
