SEMINAR ‘PSYCHOLOGICAL PEDAGOGICAL FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF FOREIGN STUDENTS’

On November 17-23, 2015, the department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Post-graduate education institute of O.O. Bohomolets National Medical University and Faculty of Advanced Training of teachers of higher educational establishments of Ukraine hosted a joint seminar ‘Psychological and pedagogical features of organization of educational process of foreign students. These seminars are organized to raise the competence of teachers working with English-speaking students. Psychological and pedagogical events are important as teachers often face some difficulties in terms of social nature. Teachers filled in an anonymous questionnaire.

On the basis of questionnaire there was prepared the content of lectures: the reporters spoke about ‘Normative legal basis of teaching to English-speaking students. Organization, software of academic process (A.P. Hrebin N.); ‘Exchange of experience of teaching for English-speaking students at departments of the University’ (A.P. Melnyk N.); ‘Psychological Pedagogic Features of Organization of Academic Process of Foreign Students’ (A.P. Filonenko M.); ‘Features of implementation of interactive technologies in academic process of foreign students’ (A.P. Kyrychok V.); ‘Features of professional competence of teacher during work with foreign students’ (A.P. Podkovko H.); ‘Social Psychological Aspects of Adaptation of Foreign Students to Academic Process in Ukrainian higher medical educational establishments’ (A.P. Mitina S.).

After courses conducted in the framework of the seminar the participants received the certificates on advanced training.
