DECISION BY DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE COURT IN CITY KYIV

The District Administrative Court in c. Kyiv satisfied the statement of claim by rector in O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University Kateryna Amosova and stopped the effect of order from Ministry of Health Care of Ukraine, dd. 20.02.2018 No 15 Adm “About Performance of Check”, having restored Amosova K.M at the post of rector.
The decision entered into force since 1, March, 2018.
