MEETING OF THE WORKING GROUP ON ELECTION OF THE RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY

On June 4, 2014 the regular meeting of working group on electing the rector of National Medical University.

IT WAS CONSIDERED:

1)    a request of some candidates for the rector’s office on introducing some candidates into the working group.

2)    information of the official informing  the candidates for office of the rector of O.O. Bohomolets NMU of the date, time and place of the conference of the Conference of University Staff.

3)    information on approval of ballot for conducting secret voting and other documents for holding Conference of University Staff (invitations, mandates etc.)

4)   the procedure for conducting the survey among the students, lecturers and co-workers of the university in order to poll public opinion  concerning the election of the rector of the National Medical University.

DECIDED:

1.     It is to take into account the Information above.

2.    . It is to  Include into the working group membership present representatives of the candidates for the office of the rector of NMU :Professor V.I.Tsymbaljuk was represented by Docent  V.V. Medvedieva,  Professor V.H. Maidannyk was represented by assistant R.V. Terletskyi,  professor V.Ye. Dosenko was represented by assistant  O.M. Khyzhniak, professor V. O. Malanchuk was represented by Assistant I.H. Skvortsova.

3.     The procedure of voting by students, lecturers and employees of the University administration which will be held on June 11, 2014, during 10 A.M. and 3 P.M. on determination of public opinion at the next meeting of the working group was finally approved.

4.     On the request of the majority of candidates for the office of the rector of NMU  holding the joint meeting on 6 June 2014 is to be cancelled.
