K.M. AMOSOVA CLAIM

30.07.2014
Dear Colleagues!
Dear Friends!
Today we have a great victory – Kiev Appeal Court canceled shameful decision of Pechersky court about reinstatement of V.F. Moskalenko at position of Rector of Bogomolets National Medical University.
Justice has been met!
It was reached exceptionally thanks to many people with strong spirit – patriots of Ukraine and University united and put considerable efforts for fighting with corruption, lie, fear and evil!
The core of our team and me personally would like to express sincere gratitude to everybody, who was involved, and first of all to honorable members of Supervisory Board – nation moral authorities, and to honorable judges of Kyiv Appeal Court for principally legal and citizenship.
We proud of our active co-workers and students, which united in aspiration to change University for better and be worth of Revolution of Dignity ideals.
University survived and continued to survive powerful informational attack.
Unfortunately, it is possible it will be continued.
In this regard, let me on your behalf express sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and personally to honorable Oleg Musiy, to honorable Ukraine Minister of Education and Science Sergiy Kvit for trust and support.
We assure we will do everything to multiply the glory of Alma mater.
Informational attack continues against me personally, but I don’t respond to filthy insinuations, because I consider this is below my dignity and I don’t see the point to comment on well paid nonsense.
I invite all mass media professionals who want to communicate.
From my side I will do everything what depends on me to finish this case, which was started by activists of university revolution of dignity, the case about documenting of household activity, which has the signs of corruption during the V. Moskalenko was at position of rector.
Damages shall be refunded!
“Augean stables” will be cleaned!
 Corruption restoration will not happen!
Society waits for changes from University, and hard constructive work is waiting for us!

 Glory to Ukraine!

With great respect and gratitude to You,
 Rector
Kateryna Amosova
