THE PROPER PERFORMANCE OF EXAM “KROK-3” FOR INTERNS ON 27.02.2018 AND THE QUICKEST PERFORMANCE OF “KROK-1. DENTISTRY”, WHICH WAS BROKEN DOWN ON 20.02.2018, IS OF TOP-PRIORITY FOR ADMINISTRATION OF NMU
The interests of our students and interns are at the foreground for administration of NMU. Thus, in order to avoid further infringement of students’ rights, the university undertook the duty of Testing Center at MHC of Ukraine to receive the proper documentation, anticipated by law, in order to conclude the agreement for performance of State licensing exams due to contractual procedure.
This should be done by Testing Center itself in order to fulfill the norms in LU “About Public Procurements”. But it refused that became the reason for breakdown of exam for dental students of the 3rd course on 20.02.2018.
NMU received these important and necessary documents on its own: expert report, position of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Ministry of Economics of Ukraine.
Today, when the norm of law is fulfilled, the tender committee, having considered the package of documents, took the decision about available all grounds to apply the negotiation procedure for procurement of services from Testing Center at MHC of Ukraine as an exception and placed the corresponding announcement.
Yesterday, Vice-prime-minister Pavlo Rozenko gave the errand to MHC immediately, during three days to solve the issue about provision of NMU with the permit to use the special fund to pay for licensing testing of persons, who study for budget costs.
Thus, NMU made everything that depended on it to open the way to conclude the agreement on 26.03.2018 and to provide with timely taking “Krok-3” and immediate taking “Krok-1. Dentistry”.
At finalization of procedure NMU will act according to s. 1 in “Memorandum of Understanding”, signed on 28.07.17.
