MEETING OF COMMISSION ON ISSUES OF BIOETHICAL EXAMINATION

The regular meeting of Commission on issues of bioethical examination and ethics of scientific researches at NMU was held on 1, March, 2018 in lecture hall of dental building of O.O. Bogomolets NMU. The chairman of this meeting was Doctor of Medicine, professor Shepetko Ye.M. (Deputy Head of Commission), the methodic functions were provided by assistant professor Yehorenkov A.I. responsible secretary of Commission) and Candidate of Medicine Stoliar V.H. (technical secretary).

During the first part of the meeting the participants were suggested with the interesting report on topic “Peculiarities for influence of genetic polymorphisms on clotting system”, which was professionally made by postgraduate student at department of propedeutics of internal medicine No 1 Karpenko O.O. (scientific supervisor of research – professor Netiazhenko V.Z.). The totality of medical, genetic, biostatistical and social ethical issues about performance of researches in this topic was analyzed during report. Such form to improve the qualification in bioethical examination, which is used during the work of Commission, has already shown its expediency. The second part in the meeting of Commission was devoted to consideration of protocols from researches that are provided for expert consideration. At the end of the meeting the present people were informed about creation of page “Bioethical examination” (section “Science” – “Ethical commission” – “Bioethical examination”) on the website of NMU. This page provides with all necessary instruction and forms of documents that are needed to understand the essence of bioethical examination and algorithm for its passage. The chairman at the meeting (professor Shepetko E.M.) addressed to the authors of dissertation with the request to submit their proposals to improve the work of Commission in bioethical examination.
